Acceptable, but some issues

unhelpful staff single towel

I found some aspects less than stellar. The reception staff did not offer much assistance after I lost my room keys. This added to my stress. the hotel only provided one towel per guest. This was not very convenient after using the swimming pool. A single damp towel is unpleasant. This policy requires some review.

a mostly positive stay

fun atmosphere competent staff outdated decor restaurant update

The location was good (just a short walk to the walking street). the bar provided a unique and fun atmosphere to end my evenings with very friendly and competent staff. the hotel was generally clean. The housekeeping kept the room fresh daily.

the resort felt a bit outdated in terms of decor. i think modernization of many areas would be beneficial to meet today's expectations. the restaurant, while offering five-star service and quality, could use some updating too.

amazing garden friendly staff clean pool

i found the garden fine it offered countless spots to relax among the plants the staff was genuinely kind and cute from reception to everyone else and the pool was clean and well-kept it was exactly what i hoped for in a four-star experience

Wonderful stay!

friendly staff helpful manager great service

The staff was friendly and polite. The reception manager was amazing. She was always willing to help me with anything. Every staff member said hello. The reception team answered questions without hesitation. They also helped me book taxis and excursions.

The hotel can improve the sound insulation. I could hear noise from the neighboring room.

The grounds include lush gardens and beautiful fountains. The hotel provided 24-hour security at both the front and back entrances. I felt safe. The hotel has two pools and there is also an on-site concierge.

My room was clean and well maintained. It opened straight out to the pool. The room provided a sound of the water fountains outside in the evenings. It added a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The size of the room was good.

Breakfast was fantastic. There was a great variety, so everyone found something. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant service was five-star. The resort offers a variety of cuisines.

Convenient Stay Experience

easy check-in ocean view

Ms Golf helped with check-in, it was easy. I booked an ocean view room. It had a good view. The service throughout the resort was nice.

The balcony door had a huge gap when shut. I could hear everything next door because the walls were thin. The raw sewage smell from canal was unbearable.

The hotel is near the walking street area. This provides access to several bars and restaurants. A convenience store is closeby, which helped with getting supplies and other essential items that i needed.
